I ve had concerns of them being greedy when they pulled that spotlight stunt They really seemed to be trying to bait on a fame craving rich kid Now with everything they do they do seem like trying to rip everyone off

And this is so called Customer Service from them It s really huge disappointment from their side They can t even fix old bugs from Dying Light 1 can t deal with a cheaters because they re so lazy to do so they always wants just only Money X6 instead of fixing those problems Their customer service is talking with a robot that has no real solution on all of my problems They don t care which problem you ve experienced in game they ll still ignore it won t help you because they think that you ve pirated the game you deserved on these issues and can t really understand that if you re legitimate copy owner you have your rights to make them fix those problems but no They re again So lazy and they won t help you because they need a money from you to do so 0 10 for them I won t change my mind til they start listening to me

Bought dying light 2 but 6 months after release the game still has many problems including ones techland claimed to have resolved customer support is poor telling you they are aware of problems and they are working on a fix that they should have already fixed Avoid this game dying light 2 stay human

After playing dying light I belive this company should be denied and acces to creating games the amount of bugs and glitches and unstable game physics is beyond my understanding They should be shut down for charging money for the games that are never finished
