Wisephone and techless customer service

I bought a Wisephone from Techless I received the phone with no issues It s a good phone that meets a specific and tailored need that I had I like the phone I m happy with the phone It is a nice looking phone The phone is a Motorola E 2020 with Wise OS installed The Wisephone is a minimalist smartphone that looks and feels like a smartphone but is meant only for talking and texting and doesn t have a browser or install apps from Google Play or any other play store Why would I want a smartphone that doesn t have a browser or use apps Because i m trying to live more of a distracted free life free of social media and spending all day every day messing around on my phone with apps Like many people I ve gotten into the habit of constantly checking my various social media apps for notifications and constantly checking my emails for notifications and spending too much time on Youtube This is one of the few smartphones that makes it easy to quit all of that stuff The Wise OS operating system that is installed on the Wisephone is a very nice looking elegant minimalist operating system I researched minimalist smartphones and the Wisephone is the best looking minimalist smartphone that I can find online that is sold anywhere online The Wisephone looks better than it s competitors The Techless customer support staff respond to emails very quickly and give 5 star customer support

Techless Is Great

Techless is such an amazing company I absolutley love my Wisephone and my family and I are living a better life It s a feeling of freedom that you just can t understand with a smartphone It forces you out of your comfort zone to actually talk to people lol If you don t have one get one I have made so many memories with Wisephone It was a couple days after Christmas I had just got my new Wisephone Me and my friends were going riding the next morning at 5am We all set our alarms and at five o clock we wake up to my new alarm dying laughing It s still a running joke to this day I am experiencing a more challenging life of freedom and memories It s not as efficient as a smartphone But it works and you live better I fully recommend using Techless One more thing I have seen a lot of hate towards this company GIVE THEM A BREAK For crying out loud they just started not too long ago Apple didn t start off with the iphone 14 they had to work their way up Keep doing what you re doing Techless love this company and the phone God bless

I got a Wisephone for my teenage daughter and myself

I bought a Wisephone from Techless for my teenage daughter I think it was one of the best decisions I made as a parent as it helps keep her from spending countless hours staring at her phone She has had it for 9 months and has been very happy with the device This phone may not be for everyone but if you are looking to keep your children or yourself off the phone it is a great concept Given my daughter s experience I decided to practice what I preach and I traded my phone in for a Wisephone about 6 months ago I have been happy as it has helped me limit my own time staring at screens I read more I interact with my family more at home I did have one issue with my phone recently and needed to reach out to Techless custom support Cami and Kyle were incredibly responsive and extremely prompt in their responses They tirelessly worked to resolve my situation I am very grateful for them and Techless If you like the Wisephone concept I would highly recommend them

The Wisephone Transformed My Life

The Wisephone has really transformed my life I am more focused on work life and I have less stress The tech team at Techless has worked very hard to continue to improve the phone with more updates revisions and features If you are looking to not be a slave to technology and a smart phone this is a great product for you I told my friend about it and he purchased one too His wife is very pleased that he can be more present and active in the marriage relationship I have also been able to connect more with people and I am more intentional too Thank you Techless

Want freedom from the Technocracy This is a path

This phone was my lifeline away from tech prison I spent most of my life trying to escape through different means and methods but i would always have the escape of tv and then the smart phone youtube bing watching and other very inappropriate and sinful things Finding this companay phone allowed me to fully detox from that almost lifelong habit and walk out of that bing watching distraction prision I am 41 and would encourage anyone that is addicted to their phones to get rid of them and get a phone like this your life is too important and fragile to waste it glued to a screen watching the world go by and engaging in all sorts of destructive things

Be cautious yet patient Initial review 2 24 23According to AT T in my area the company says they do not carry any 4G SIMS Verizon said they may be able to find a 4G SIM but not sure if it will work and our local provider not a supported carrier but had to try will not work all say that they do not have 4G LTE SIM Cards or do not partner with techless As for the most common error message No SIM message comes on after being in the device for a moment One of the Verizon reps said the device is international and unable to work I realize that Techless says they partner receive support from multiple known carriers but in my case and at the moment 3 available carriers are unable to do anything with the phone Let s see what they say about my request to return and receive a refund Update 3 4 23After discussion with the very helpful Techless Customer Support team The issue with the No Sim message has been eaaily fixed and the phone works great Thank you to the Techless team for your patience and working with us

I have had a wise phone for a little over 6 months It has honestly been incredible to not be glued to my device 24 7 I have been more engaged with my kids and family
