Hammersmith London Tec Prime A few months ago I asked for a repair of a laptop which did not turn on sometimes The IT specialists were not able to diagnose WHAT exactly caused the fault They exchanged some parts of the computer However it did not solve the problem so I had to come back to the shop I had to be coming back there quite a few times as the problem described kept reappearing after having been fixed I asked what caused the issue and one of the IT specialists responded arrogantly You - as if I had not used laptops and had not know how to turn my computer on The laptop did turn on in the shop The day after it did not though So I called the Tec Prime and the person who answered the phone assured that the manager would call me the next day He never did The laptop did turn on at some points but often it did not so I decided to buy a new computer I do NOT RECOMMEND Wasted time and money

I was very impressed by TecPrime Excellent service and a deep knowledge of both Apple and Windows products They are patient and helpful in dealing with customers without IT experience Their pricing is fair and they are generous in dealing with follow up questions and the need for further help Recommended without hesitation

Absoultely delighted about their
Absoultely delighted about their honesty knowledge and excellent customer service After calling Apple and told about my problem eith my Mac they didint even bother to look at my computer as they said it would have costed probably 400- 500 and that they couldnt even probably fix it they simply wanted to sell me a new computer as they thought was too old Anyway I went to Tec Prime and they easily fix it at a super honest price Thank you so much

Best local tech support - Reccomended
probably my third experience with Tec Prime All three highly succesful Twice saved me significant amounts over Apple store service Also they minimise the time they keep your item unlike Apple where yiu lose use of a Mac etc for weeks eg when i needed a new battery they pre-ordered it so when i went in they changed it while I went over the road for a coffee Also patient service for non-techies like me
