They sent me the wrong shirt and so I ve had three weeks of correspondence where they just keep sending me an email offering me a 10 refund and to keep the shirt that I don t like and I don t want Their website says that you can return the item but they say they have to authorise the return and so far I have not provided me with a return Address or authorised for the return to be made They just stringing me along and keep offering me the same 10 discount for a shirt that I paid US 30 for It s a pity because the shoot is good quality but it s just not the one I ordered

A complete scam I ordered two T-shirt s at the beginning of August 2020 5 weeks later my items arrived did NOT resemble anything I had ordered Constant emails between teeboke was originally told they had sent replacement items as I had sent photographic proof of their mistake After over a month I contacted them again only to be told my items had been delivered They hadn t the delivery details they sent me were for the first WRONG ITEMS then I was told I could keep something I wouldn t be seen dead in and yippee get 2 off my next order as if I m dim enough to do that again lol Today the 9th November and I ve been told I can pay to send them back and they ll give me 3 Make sure you do not order anything from this company and their items pop up on different online shops I will not give up until I am fully reimbursed and I will report them to consumer standards Don t read their fake reviews THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Do not be fooled the prices published
Do not be fooled the prices published on their co uk website in pounds They don t tell you that you will be charged DUTY when the products arrive in the UK which is not included in the price quoted on the site Complete scam Will not let this rest until its resolved

I bought some bookcases Although the shipping costs were advertised and paid for they didn t mention the additional 53 I would have to pay DHL now to deliver to the UK When I raised this with Teebooks directly they basically said TOUGH LUCK PAY UP

Hidden charges I agree with all the other comments about shipping I paid Vat and 25 shipping and then DHL got in touch to demand 53 import tax I was tempted to refuse but I already had a set of these shelves and they are indeed a great product but I didn t pay any of these charges for the previous delivery So 78 to deliver I understand it is prob because we have left the EU which I know was a mistake but I didn t pay these charges for the previous delivery 2 weeks ago What on earth is going on

Large customs charge
No clarity on website that delivery to UK means a large additional customs charge above and beyond the price you pay Not their fault that it needs to be paid It is their fault that it isn t clearly flagged

Uk customers be warned of extra charges Bought Teebooks shelves in February 2021 for 250 and was then contacted unexpectedly by Teebooks two months later to pay 60 import duty charge Teebooks did not mention this tax at point of sale and clearly I would have not bought the shelves had I known of almost 30 extra charges Outrageous

Not good Be warned in the UK of extra import charges not reflected on their website I had to pay an additional 70 to stop the threatening letters from DHL Also the shelves themselves bend in a disconcerting way if you actually put books on them

Be aware Teebooks does not honour their
Be aware Teebooks does not honour their return Policy I returned two floating shelves in the same packaging in which Teebooks sent them but I was not refunded Teebooks claimed that they arrived damaged because I did not pack them properly despite having used the packaging in which they arrived When I said Teebooks was accountable for this as the packaging was theirs Teebooks claimed that their packaging is designed for a one-way trip and returning a package in the exact way you receive it is not enough I found this to be extremely disingenuous The recommendation to have protection on their website suggests making sure to pack the parcel well In sending the parcel in the same packaging I received from the company anyone would assume is packing it well It seems apparent that Teebooks is saving money on packaging and misleading customers with the return policy In addition I had to bear the costs of the custom which Teebooks makes sure not to mention on their website as well as the postage for the return which was much higher than expected Royal Mail quote was over 60 pounds Do not use this company would be my recommendation
