I recently purchased an ASUS laptop from TEKshop and I couldn t be happier with my experience The laptop is amazing and it arrived the next day which was incredibly fast Communication throughout the process was excellent I was also pleasantly surprised by TEKshop s customer service After I made my purchase I emailed them regarding the 5 discount for signing up for their newsletter which I hadn t noticed before They graciously applied the discount retroactively This truly exemplifies excellent business practice I can t recommend TEKshop more highly Would give it 6 stars if possible

This is the first time I have ordered a refurb Always been suspicious but I have completely changed my mind now This computer is like new and nearly half the cost of a new model I cannot emphasise my delight with both the machine and the company
