All in all a very user friendly and modern solution

We have been in production for about 6 weeks now and the platform has been stable Our customers are happy with the built-in call back feature and we have successfully implemented integration to our internal systems with automated customer lookup when a call is answered Our users are very happy with the client and information presented in the UI The switch from old style phones and migration to Telavox was a success and happened without any technical issues We have noticed memory leaks Telavox processes using up to 1 5GB memory delays in sound and UI glitches one is now fixed We miss some better management features to automate handling of users groups policies automatic onboarding offboarding but Telavox are letting us know that Enterprise has a strong focus going forward The platform is still a bit young and the UI will benefit from minor tweaks etc but on the other hand you get a very easy to use and modern interface When using Telavox I have the same feeling when using an Iphone - Easy to use All systems have pros and cons Telavox seems to hit the right balance between features and user-friendliness and when the bugs are fixed we will be more than satisfied

Performance could be better at times

Performance could be better at times Expect a larger issue a month sometimes more Great support though I know everything is not Telavox fault but Telia their white label carrier is not perfect Overall a good carrier
