Bought a 2015 macbook pro with a one year guarantee and 70 battery cycles When I got home I saw it was a 2014 macbook with 290 battery cycles After a month the speakers went bad I called the person I bought it from who does not answer his phone and does not answer messages I contacted the head office who said I must pack it and send it to Oslo I explained this was not right as I bought it in Stavanger and wished to return it to their agent in Stavanger They have been uncooperative and at the moment I am without a laptop for my presentations The guarantee they offer is worth nothing Their customer service is worth nothing
