Their roaming its a joke
Their roaming its a joke not working on most of the countries their support its the same the app its 90 of the time unavailable probably didnt payed the banans to the coding team please guys go to other mobile opperators dont get fked by this telekom morons because they dont give a flying duck about you 1 star its too much i would give them -100 Also evryone that had been fked by them please send a OPC inquiry we have to get rid of the scammers from the market

Terrible services and support They make up fees
ENG I moved my number because their 4G internet had a deplorable speed and coverage Competitor s 3G was faster Same for covorege everyone had better one than them 1 month after the move I received an inflated invoice of 480 lei I made a written complaint in a physical store After about 4-5 days I had not received an answer so I contacted them directly on their website They told me there that they did not identify any complaints for my account client code So the person in the store probablly wiped their ss with my complaint They also told me that the absurd amount on the invoice is their compensation because I terminated the contract before the deadline The contract only says that they can unilaterally modify the contract That means they have the right to do whatever they want whenever they want and not to be held accountable I also had a contract with a phone from them the Internet is just as awful and after 3 months the phone started to turn off for no reason and it was slow I wanted to send it to warranty and they told me it would take 3 WEEKS So I gave up on the idea Now I have 500 lei 100 whole in my wallet and a new phone that behaves like I got it 2nd hand from a random e-bay seller Stay away from them RO Mi-am mutat numarul fiindca internetul lor 4G avea o viteza si acoperire deplorabila Mai rapid este 3G-ul de la Digi iar de acoperire nu mai vorbesc La 1 luna dupa mutare am primit o factura umflata de 480 lei Am facut o reclamatie scrisa aici in magazin Dupa vreo 4-5 zile inca nu primisem raspuns asa ca am contactat direct pe siteul lor Mi-au spus acolo ca nu au identificat nici o reclamatie pt codul meu de client Mi-au mai zis ca suma aia absurda e despagubire pentru ca am incetat contractul inainte de termen In contract scrie doar ca ei pot modifica unilateral contractul Adica au dreptul sa faca ce vor si sa nu raspunda Niste hoti dar cu acte Am luat di un abonament cu telefon de la ei Internetul la fel de ingrozitor iar dupa 3 luni telefonul a inceput sa se stinga fara motiv si sa mearga greu Am vrut sa il trimit in garantie si mi-au zis ca va dura 3 SAPTAMANI asa ca am renuntat Acum am baguba de 500 lei si un telefon nou pe care zici ca l-am luat la mana a2a de pe OLX Stati departe

They have worst support I have mailed with them 3 days to give me acces in app and they don t I don t remember my password and the address I asked just reset And they insist that I have account on domain trk ro This domain doesn t exist They give wrong information like we don t know nothing about tehnology After 3 days I can t acces the app with my number I just want to see my bio which is extra charge I mention that I can t call their support because nobody answer and I am in roaming I didn t recommend this company bad support bed services expensive service also bad signal

Scammers deceptive offers I ported 2 numbers with a 24-month contract they promised 2 x 50 Euro equipment benefits and canceled the 100 Euro received as a gift in my account when I requested 2 video cameras I contacted them several times and their operators ripped me off I filed complaints with ANPC ANCOM etc and I am waiting for a solution At certain time intervals they unilaterally introduce service costs into the invoice that are not included in the contract and without the client s consent You lose money and precious time with notifications explanations that often have no answer I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Shame on you Telekom
Man I ve seen all reviews Not one is in good terms and they are all right There is no zero star but even that would be a compliment I wonder how the telecommunication regulator allow them to still work Their customer service is a catastrophe but granted their signal in country area where I am is somehow ok although strange download is 22 Mbs and upload is 44 Mbs Anyone knows how come If the signal is maintain in those limits and the contract is fulfilled I will continue paying my bill other way I will stop paying Lucky I did not make an automatic money transfer nor gave them my card details nor do I have a telephone number with them Just mobile internet Let them take me to court Shame on you Telekom Can t wait for the contract to finish It took me 3 days just to pay my first bill
