Finally I got rid of telenor mobile phone and Internet bandwidth subscription They charged many thousands in advance and next month again I paid the monthly subscription and bad customer services

Terrible company
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company The customer service is just terrible to the point that are thick They don t know what they are doing just don t want to help I think if I talked to ceo of the company he be thick as well Don t ever deal with this company

Telenors business practices are predatory and their so called customer support line only exists for profit and has nothing to do with helping the consumer they primarely focus on trying to sell frustrated people more of their poor services Further more they have a severely unstable internet

Vi hjelpe deg ikke det er Telenors motto Got a letter that isdn will shutdown While the letter suggest they will help you to find a new service that fittsthe customer I have a hard time to find a solution They do not know what product they have They have no clue what it does can also not tell you of existing device will work with the telephone service you intent to buy They even tell me that service i found on there website is not a service of Telenor

Overpriced
Overpriced complicated site and really just not a good product You can get better from MVNOs that use telenor s network The only reason they are still profitable is because they get so many default customers from corporations like Coop who basically pays Telenor for every employee

It s unbelievable
It s unbelievable I ve been off the Internet for three days I ve called tech support and I can tell you that the staff are just not qualified only the fourth operator was able to solve my problem with Wi-Fi Telenor seriously need to pay attention to the professional suitability of its staff This is incredibly unprofessional

I should be giving a 0 review to Telenor Probably the worst decision to change my internet to Telenor I changed my internet service to Telenor fibre cable and the start date was set to be September 1 Today is September 6 and they have not even come to my house to connect the internet I call Telenor They say that they have forwarded the case to OneCall and I should call them and they can t help I call OneCall- They say that someone will call me for the appointment And I have not received any call I have disconnected my previous internet supplier and is left without internet for such a long time

I had the Telenor WIFI and we were not satisfied at all with the connection and speed Client service was hard to reach and said the usual stuff and couldn t do anything at all NOW I moved and to CANCEL I have to pay a so called BREECH fee to get out of the contract of roughly 300 Euro Fazit Telenor loves taking money and is not so keen on providing benefits FOR the customer inJOY your day
