Very bad experience
I use Telia both for Cable TV w Internet and for mobile data SIMs Neither work very well much of it is down to support The cable decoder is unstable buggy a lot of fancy menu options but they often fail down to basic stuff such as selecting a TV channel doesn t work The wired Internet is unstable I tried to order multiple data SIMs because I use multiple modems but ordering one turned off the other one If you need to call support waiting time is forever with no information on where you are in the queue or callback option Only time I ve successfully reached support is if calling just when they open meaning I may get lucky getting first or early in the queue Support is always helpful and do their best but this doesn t help much when it s almost impossible to reach them If they could get a queue system and reduce waiting time and do as Get who they aquired to provide cable TV Get a callback option and they got a TV decoder that actually works if necessary sacrificing some of the bells and whistles that noone actually use I would be happy to add a lot of stars Right now they hardly deserve the minimum 1 star UPDATE In Telia s answer below they claim that the support telephone now offers a callback option This is wrong I just tried to to call them now and after selecting the service you get no callback offer and no info on wait time - just a dial tone forever

Find yourself another internet host
Very bad experience we moved to a house where the Telia connection is already in the package I trying to replace it somehow The singles can disappear any time for instance today is public holiday and we don t have any internet connection since last night and they are not working on weekends and public holidays and even during working days it s very difficult to reach out to them Very unhappy with the service sorry for the money I am paying

This has to be the ABSOLUTE worst
If you have the chance to use another online delivery service than Telia - please do It is expensive and you don t get what you pay for It is very unreliable In average I loose the internet for hours days every 4-6 weeks I constantly have to call their customer service restart the modem and hope it returns online Then I have to reconnect every Sonos speaker and every other thing that s is reliable on wifi and an online connection Very annoying and totally not what you pay close to a thousand NOK for every month Totally unacceptable

Internet goes out many times per month in my area for hours Always insanely long wait time for costumer support and they can t really help with anything

Poor service zero communication
After Telia took over Get the service became horrible we had more than 5 internet outages over a year stability is very poor When I moved to a new address I wrote a request to connect Telia internet there just because I was already a customer from the old address it said I will get a reply within a few days but they never got back to me Chose another local provider and never had any issues with it

No internet for two weeks
Have had an issue with internet for two weeks now Tried calling customer support who had no information nor ETA on when it s being fixed Telia tech comms is non-existent frankly This is simply not acceptable in this day and age with people working from home we need internet to work - and if prolonged offline scenarios are expected either planned or unplanned outages then it s the ISP s responsibility to inform their customers Proactive customer support is the way to win loyalty and ambassadors What Telia is doing is creating a horde of unhappy customers who simply cannot put their trust in them

Whatever you do never ever call Telia
Whatever you do never ever call Telia customer service they will use your phonecall for help to claim that you have ordered something and force you to pay Cancel any subscription immediately find another company and never look back
