Telus the future is RUN AND DON T LOOK BACK
I have now waited twice for managers to call me and they ve stood me up both times I have missed work both of these times as well I am out money and time waiting for telus to get these problems sorted out I tried to cancel my account 12 days after we signed up It has been nothing but a headache this past month Money was taken out of my account without my authorization

I really have to leave Telus I believe a previous gripe was about a bill for a service I had not requested in advance I told them not to provide it and now they have billed me for it though it was never provided In trying now to speak with them about the billing I find that my personal Telus account is blocked to me and trying the Chatbot keeps getting the message it s closed Closed What the Bot is out for a coffee behind the building - all the time Mayhap my allowing these reviews to go to the company has aroused their ire in their own so-personal way they are hoping I ll go elsewhere You know if they offered me a deal I d take it Everyone else - RUN FROM THEM

Telsus is a fraud
For the past while Telsus has been going into my account and withdrawing funds They say its for a security system which I don t have I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to figure out why they are withdrawing funds when I don t have an account with them I got lectured about how companies have policies and they are able to withdraw funds for non existant services I have not received a service contract email or monthly statement but for the past two years they are taking 56 out of my account

1 you can t get a human being to
1 you can t get a human being to answer the phone 2 scheduling a call back is a two day wait 3 when a service tech finally calls the call wouldn t go through even on the second return call 4 have to reschedule with a technician and wait another day or two for the technician to call during the re-set of the phone the call was lost and the technician didn t call back 5 now you have to reschedule another appointment and a week has gone by what a waste of time I was thinking of buying TELUS stocks before all of this but now I want to cancel my phone service and will never buy Telus stocks

Terrible company
Terrible company - zero customer serviceThe alarm system has never worked properly since we got it Several devices will not connect the phone service is a joke Their monitoring station is run by clods if you accidentally set off the alarm or even test a device you have to call them or they will call the fire or police departments - even if you immediately shut it off

Telus are liars they do not have the best internet around Their internet connection is crap Since I have been in my new place September 2024 I have experienced at least 4 outages I have never ever experienced an internet connection so unreliable What makes this worse is that I work from home and I need the internet If I had a choice I would move away from Telus but I am stuck with them for the time being Thanks for not being reliable Telus

I wish I could star 0 for TELUS Poor service worst customer service ever instead of solving customer problem they just say they don t have the authority to solve it and connect to next agent repeatedly I spent hours on the phone for customer service and it happened nothing if you are not a customer of TELUS don t waste your time on it I will never recommend it to anyone

Latest in months long litany vs Telus
Latest in months long litany vs Telus so-called customer service systems I was billed 175 in December for a service never provided nor was it requested I wrote to Telus to explain how a rep had said the fee would be waived along with the techie visit She did say she would personally call me back about what resulted She did not call back but no one showed up I assumed she got the visit cancelled But the fee for a non-visit was applied My emails said I would not pay for the non-visit nor the tax on same No response Now the January bill carries the 175 plus taxes plus late payment charges I called yeah how long to wait this time 40 minutes only explained to a rep He sent me on to another rep for whom I waited 1 hour 40 minutes with no option to ask for a callback BTW a repeated request to be allowed into my account for 3 months I have been blocked for u k reason had the person try the same fix 4 times with no joy so a ticket raised for that told could be 1-1 2 weeks to hear from anyone Lots of luck there last time I expected a call my phone told me Telus had called but left no ms then Telus called again but no one spoke to me on their end
