Purchased Queen mattress and adjustable bed frame in November It has not helped us sleep better You cannot use a bed warmer because it s supposed to respond to your own body heat We do not like to climb into a cold bed on winter nights The dimensions of a Queen should be 60 x80 and this mattress is inches smaller in both length and width The guaranteed return only applies to the mattress itself not the frame so we are out more than half the cost of the bed plus 175 return fee Very unsatisfactory experience so we are glad to have kept our Sleep Number bed

The worst back pain ever on these mattresses They feel amazing at first but then after you sleep on them for long enough they just sink way too much due to lack of support Do yourself a favor and find a good mattress with SPRINGS that works for you Also Tempur Pedic reviews online are 99 fake Same with Purple Both companies are horrible with their marketing pressuring you into buying an overpriced piece of foam Also the toppers are even worse than the mattresses they re literal garbage worse than cheap Walmart toppers

It has taken me about 3 months of constant phone calls to get my sunken marshmallow-soft back destroying 90-night mattress exchange which I am paying them an EXTRA couple grand for They double-charged me for the exchange told me they had no record of double charging me which I had to call 3 times about to get reversed Now the delivery company they ve used has been dragging their feet with my mattress at their warehouse for 3 solid weeks If I could go back and buy literally anything else I would

Waiting forever for Toppers to ship

Purchased 2 toppers on November 21st and it still hasn t shipped No updates at all from Tempur pedic They state it s ready to ship but never ships Their customer service is useless and their shipping department is apparently closed or does so much business they don t care if people get their product in a timely manner Horrid experience and will never order directly from them again

Tempur-Pedic warranty a scam You will never get reimbursed for 3 4 sag Customer service will keep asking for more photos even though you have followed all their instructions They have not offered any reimbursement even though I said I was willing to pay extra to upgrade to a hopefully better model Nothing sound of crickets chirping I have sent complaint to Better Business Bureau I agree that there should be a class action suit against this company They are overpriced and provide low quality under performing mattresses and promote a false warranty

Tempur-Pedic is essentially a scam now compared to the original company Twenty years ago their products were top of the line The technology and materials were superior to anything else Since they ve changed ownership the focus is now on manufacturing the cheapest products possible while leveraging the brandname to sell them at an extreme premium Avoid Tempur-Pedic

Ordered the wrong size Cal King instead of reg King - Christmas gift I didn t open the box or packaging No returns exchanges even if unopened Ridiculous Never ordering Tempurpedic sheets again There are other choices that are as good or better considering this lack of customer support and the price paid Shop around They re good however not that good Get over yourselves
