Please don t waste your money
I was so excited to get this product I even got one for my son for Christmas 2024 It s really hard to use It s really hard to bend the arms and they only stick to surfaces for a little while and then fall off I m kind of embarrassed that I spent so much money on this ridiculous product It looks so good in the video but it just doesn t work

Wish I had come here before I ordered What a crap company After opening a paypal dispute and actually communicating with tenikle about a refund they went ahead and sent the order anyway 3 months after I ordered it Now I have to wait for it to arrive to return it for a refund

Do not order anything from them I placed my order with Tenikle in early December and 3 months later I still did not receive my order Followed up with them a few times and all they replied is that they will expedite my order and after that will go silence They just wish that you will forget about your order This is just cheating consumers Totally unacceptable

Zero stars Same issue Ordered in December March I sent a request for refund filed a credit card dispute At which time they sent a shipment notification Soo angry since I no longer wanted to support this scam I wanted a refund The company does not respect or listen to their customers Stay clear Say no If when you ever get the product their return policy sucks

Warning Don t buy from this company They are scammers
I ordered these early December for Christmas gifts They were guaranteed to be delivered by Xmas They did not come I emailed multiple times to let them know I would like a refund as I had to go out and buy other gifts for the people I was going to gift them too I didn t need the twinkles anymore They responded they would look into order I heard nothing more I emailed again Nothing March 3 I get a tracking email saying they are being delivered Like WTF Bad company Don t buy from them

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered from Canada Waited for 3 weeks then wrote them to cancel order which they said they couldn t do Received them asked for a prepaid label to return-they said no Referred to their policy and they still said no Received 20 import tax from Fedex that I m now stuck with and can t return product without paying to ship across borders

I placed an order and paid for two tenikles but only received one Then the tenikle device would not stick on the dash of my car Pretty worthless for me Was really hoping this would work to hold my phone I guess I could put it on the window but then blocks my view

I paid for three replacement clips but
I paid for three replacement clips but only received one I put in a request for the remainder of my order and though they said they would respond within one week they never responded Instead I am on their spam list I don t have time to keep calling and emailing so I guess I am just a sucker whom they scammed

Worst Experience Ever
Tenikle has the worst customer service I have ever experienced I can get over the fact that the product did not work for me What I am not able to move past is their zero-response effort in my quest for a refund I kept the product that I opened and returned the rest on December 24 I provided the USPS tracking number and the information of the company s receipt of the product I am still receiving an automated response that they have not received the product

Tenikle has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE I returned the produced UNOPENED in Jan 2025 I sent them proof of return receipt including proof of delivery and they have REFUSED to refund me I regularly receive one email saying they are investigating the matter and the other saying they have not received the item What KIND of a CUSTOMER FRAUD are they Perpetuating
