Fantastic customer support

While I experienced quite a delay it was not their fault but rather fedex Tentree on the other hand offered fantastic customer service and was able to issue me a new product at no cost as soon as my package was deemed lost They even made sure not to send it using fedex since I ve had a lot of bad experiences with them I love the hat I bought I m sorry it took so long but I would definitely order from them again I had a positive experience with their staff and product

My favorite mug comes from Ten Tree It chipped in the dishwasher and I contacted customer service without any expectations just to see if they had a policy to replace items that may have been damaged in such a case I completely understood if they told me to kick rocks but to my delight they issued me a credit of the value of the price I paid for the mug Thanks so much Ten Tree Your service and products are greatly appreciated

Already committed to the great quality products Now I have to give multiple shout outs to the customer service team Sam went above and beyond to help me with a problem i had on a recent order NOT Tentree s fault it was a concern i had about the delivery of the package But Sam stepped in quickly responded and it is the holidays after all and I ve had the most amazing positive experience Well done Tentree

Tentree is one of my favorite companies Their products are aligned with my values They offer fun quality sustainable products for a fair price Everything we ve purchased from them has washed and worn exceptionally and we ve bought a lot both from the website and locally We recently had an order damaged in shipping and they made it right the same day They have customer service that is second to none We will continue to support this great company

What a great client service experience

What a great client service experience I ordered a few items online and received all of them except one which got lost by the shipping company Tentree kept in touch by email and refunded the missing item after it didn t seem to move anymore on the shipping company tracking They offered to lift the 10 Return fee and quickly responded to my questions during the whole process with a kind attitude I really love the items I am keeping and they even let me keep the free tote I got even if I am returning some items Will definitely buy from the again It s been a pleasure

I ordered a few items which sadly were stolen after delivery at our apartment mail room The tentree team was very responsive and helped me gather the information necessary to open a file and quickly send me new items Very much appreciated their help

I experienced a size problem with my order totally my fault and even though the item was on sale the customer service department went above and beyond to help me I love that I plant trees I love all 9 or 10 pieces of clothing I ve purchased so fun to wear I m just so happy to support this company
