Bought from them based on their 10 year guarantee but the website won t let me reorder and no reply from any emails

Another scammer it seems

Chose this company due to the guarantee and replacement but the first time I have tried to get a replacement there s no response to emails or their contact form Fed up with these scams - going to stick to local companies I can trust from now on

I m not sure if this company is no longer in business We had great service from them up until recently A couple of tags replaced without any question It was lovely quality and a quick response We bought a new tag with updated numbers in September 2023 All fine Great customer service Now we need a replacement like others can t get hold of anyone No reply to emails messages etc it s such a shame I would have been prepared to wait if there had been an emergency or some sense of when they might be back up and running IF they had called a halt to things Just a simple banner on the website or an automated email response would be helpful Instead I am going to have to go elsewhere now after weeks of waiting It s such a shame Before this I would have given them 5 stars without any hesitation

No replacement tag

I wrote on 15 10 24 and 12 11 24 to ask for a replacement tag No reply I think I must have been scammed after reading the other messages I have now messaged through facebook so will see if I get a response Such a shame as I absolutely love the tags

Company no longer responding to emails or contact form

Our dog lost its tags after about 18 months and they replaced it promptly Unfortunately he lost that tag recently so I contacted them again and they completely ignoring my correspondence I presume they ve gone bankrupt

This is by far the best dog tag I ve ever bought through Etsy It s very high quality brass with deep engraving and it arrived in very sweet packaging Highly recommend

Great company to deal with I had a tag a couple of years ago and my dog lost it a few days ago Within a few days this had been replaced with no cost even for postage I have ordered another for our other dog Really good quality tags with clear engraving and beautifully packaged So much care clearly taken by this company Well done Ten Year Tags

What a great company to deal with They are absolutely great with their comunications The packaging was ssssooo sweet and beautiful they don t even advertise with that Within a month I lost my tag and literally the next day I received a new tag without any questions only positive affirmations
