Terrible returns experience

Hilariously bad and you should stay well away from them We bought two carpets from them via Amazon and they arrived dirty in torn plastic wraps The seller then had the audacity to expect us to carry two heavy carpets to a courier location instead of getting them picked up like reputable sellers do And to make it even better they asked for the carpets to be packed safely for the return when they couldn t even be bothered to do the same for the delivery Definitely a company to stay away from and one of the reasons not to buy from 3rd party sellers on Amazon
