The corporate office messed up

The corporate office messed up appointments They informed us they d be out between 1-5 00 and no one showed or even called to inform us they weren t coming Then we reschedule but decided to cancel the corporate office never notified the exterminator we canceled an appointment Meaning he showed up anyway and we weren t even home He said he sprayed the outside Well according to our Ring video he barely did the front and never went into the back yard Never again

RUN AWAY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU I have been a customer for over 20 years I have had the same technician whom I trust They then tried to send another technician to me and I refused and insisted on having Harold Crawford continue with my property They said okay and then had another technician say they would be servicing my property The BIGGEST INSULT was getting a call from them saying that Harold was not going to do my property because he had been assigned another territory DESPITE my property being on HIS WAY to the new territory and my requesting a first-in-the-morning appointment I then told them to cancel my account and without hesitation or remorse they said OK and HUNG UP ON ME If they will do this to a customer of over 20 years imagine what they will do to you RUN RUN RUN
