Scam
Scam They started off by sending an email confirming my order Then sent another to inform me that due to high volume of orders my order is delayed by a few days Then another to say that my order has gone into production Then another to say that my order was shipped Except of course I never received a tracking number Then another email informing me that the courrier made a mistake and returned my order to sender And since it was not my fault they were shipping back to me free of charge And that was pretty much the end of it I never heard from them again and of course I never received any mug

Total scam
Same exact scenario with the reviewer below Ms Daude what nonsense and a waste of time and money this was I had a hunch about it after the email they sent saying it was returned to sender by no fault of mine and wrote to cancel my order and ask for a reimbursement Obviously I never heard back Oddly when I tried to click a link to tracking it said the package was leaving the original location in China which made even less sense since the product is marketed as an artigianal product in France And today about 10 days later I ve just received 2 small aluminum camping mugs in the post that I never asked for from an address in Hong Kong The plot thickens
