PLEASE ISSUE MY REFUND
Great website and order process but unable to meet delivery deadline during Euros Despite several calls and being told that the flag would be sent out on time it arrived after I had left for Germany Very disappointing Customer services did apologise and promised a refund which I have now been waiting for for over 2 months despite 6 chasing phone calls Apparently there is only 1 person that can issue the refund and he has been asked to no avail Staff are always friendly and helpful over phone but this is ridiculous Do I have to send a legal letter What a shame you have not refunded my 75 and left me feeling positive I would never normally leave a negative review PLEASE ISSUE MY REFUND
