I felt the option was very professional and friendly The staff were excellent with the way they help you thanks Swindon Tescos you were great The only complaint was the chairs they need updating or fixing the poor girls have an awful job trying to find stuff that works properly

I went in for a general eye site test as I have not had one in years and I thought it about time I went for a checkup as being an ICT Technician I spend a lot of time looking at computer screens The team were all very helpful and approachable My waiting time to be seen was a little longer than I had expected by I was kept informed of this by the team so I wasn t left wondering had they forgotten about me When I was seen I felt I had a thorough eye examination and all was clear Overall very happy with the experience and will be going back as well as recommend to friends and family

Very professional honest advice

Had an eye test at Tesco expected them to advise new glasses lenses but as virtually no change in my eyesight since last test there was no real pressure to purchase replacement glasses Very pleased with the service

only negative was that when I was looking at the frames they were kept locked even though obviously I could not try frames until they were asked to unlock them

Optician saved my sight by promptly getting me into hospital within 1 hour because of detached retina
