Have ordered over 3000 worth of Harris
Have ordered over 3000 worth of Harris a chair was the same as another reviewer that the loose cover was too loose Both arms also appeared to collapse They sent 2 so called experts who said they couldn t do anything and would report back We never heard back and customer services were not helpful They have a design fault with the chair but will not admit it DON T DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE A SHOWER

Problem with Harris Tweed Material
I bought two Bowmore Harris Tweed covered couches 5 years ago I know this seems like a long time but the couches are rarely sat on and there is only myself and my wife in the household The material on one of the couches started to fray about 6 months ago right at the point the material folds from the seating panel to the front of the couch This has now developed into a hole around 10cm x 10cm I contacted both the retailer and Tetrad and neither offered any help So far the Tetrad customer service team have just said it s out of the warranty period I strongly believe that the seating panel is under too much strain for this material This is the cause of the Harris Tweed material starting to separate I m aware from other online reports that I am not the only customer to have had this problem I feel my only recourse is to raise a small claims action and hope that a sheriff will agree with my way of thinking If you must buy from this company I would strongly suggest you stick to removable seating cushions

I wouldn t buy another sofa made by Tetrad
I wouldn t buy another sofa from the manufacturer Tetrad Delays in delivery feather cushions not full enough and keep collapsing They say they need turning and plumping up everyday this is ridiculous and not acceptable for the price you have to pay There s clearly not enough if the correct stuffing in these cushions Then they have the cheek to suggest we pay a further 95 plus delivery for each cushion to rectify this defective cushion stuffing at our expense Plus the leather arms are marking terribly after just 6 months Having spent thousands for two 3 seater sofas and a foot stall a quality manufacturer would go that extra mile to make sure their buyer have quality satisfaction - Not Tetrad Buy from someone elseJust check the other Trustpilot reviews and decide for yourself if you like to part with hard earned money for these substandard sofas

Tetrad Lewis Petite Sofa
Bought a Tetrad sofa from John Lewis in April 2021 - The Lewis Petite with Harris Tweed upholstery The spring rail has already broken at one end I m petite and my husband is of average size and we have no young children I therefore don t recommend Tetrad but thankfully John Lewis have offered a full refund

Bought a tetrad constable grand and
Bought a tetrad constable grand and midi sofa 25 months ago Complained about the seat cushions after 6 months Completely flat I contacted the shop I bought them in but no good I have stuffed the seat cushions with 4 feather pillows each to fill them out which they have but very comfortable The foam core is inferior low quality material and to thin I am in the process of pricing new cushions If it is not to expensive I will have to go this route as the sofa is so uncomfortable But after 2 years and spending over 6000 00 on the sofas I feel this is not on I would advise everyone to AVOID Tetrad sofas

Avoid Tetrad until their problems with supply delays are fixed
We ordered an armchair 5 months ago to go with the sofa we already have from them 5 weeks delay and there is still no guaranteed delivery date The sofa we ordered in August last year was also delayed so may be we should have known better We were originally impressed that the pieces are hand-made to order Lead time is advertised as 3-4 months But then the subsequent lack of supply chain management delay after delay and total failure in transparent communication has destroyed any confidence we have in the brand The retailer we used took 50 deposit and is now caught in the middle with delay after delay by Tetrad Why does the customer in the UK have to bank role retail and manufacturers and be treated with such a lack of respect

Wish I d read reviews before purchase
We purchased a Bowmore chair in 2017 After 4 years of occasional use the fabric on one of the arms was showing signs of wear which we didn t expect to see considering how expensive this chair was After contacting the shop we purchased it from was surprised to be told 1 year guarantee on fabric and 10 years on the frame We also contacted Tetrad who weren t very helpful and referred us back to the shop we purchased from but got nowhere We now have a chair with one shabby arm almost a hole which we cannot use and cannot sell What a waste of money for something that is advertised as lasting a lifetime

DO NOT BUY FROM TETRAD
Absolutely disgusted at the lack of quality of my Bowmore sofa and 2 chairs and footstool I have the Harris Tweed covering and it s wearing thin and starting to rip I hadn t realised that Tetrad only give a 2 year warranty on their fabrics but a 10 year warranty on their frames So you can have a frame but no cover on it I m also having issues with my sofa cushion dipping at the right hand side Castellan who is their approved repairer have been out to it on 7 different occasions and it s still not comfortable DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Give tetrad products a wide birth
We bought the Mckenzie chair that cost us over 2k in February this year and by god I wish we hadn t After sitting in the chair for 30 mins the cushions was flat We complained in April and was sent a replacement inner about 7 weeks later which was no better so complained again So this time they sent someone out who weighed the cushions and basically said that s how it s made but if your not happy you could just replace the feathers with spunge for about 30 Few weeks later I received an email from the place we bought it from saying there was nothing wrong with the cushion but the manufacturer could replace the feathers with a different inner at a cost to us and we also have to pay for delivery So my advice would be give tetrad a wide birth as the products are not worth the price tag

Disgraceful company
We completely agree with the other reviews of this company We had a sofa delivered late May and noted a strange effect on the leather arm but didn t report until November as we were also suspicious about the sprung base so decided to wait and see if any more faults developed before reporting the original issue The retailer Cousins - another disgraceful company sent Homeserve out and their engineer sent a report in Our complaint was dismissed due to not having reported soon enough What about the 12 month warranty If the product is faulty it s faulty end of story Dont go near Tetrad or Cousins - they re in cahoots
