Excellent warranty-service
A satellite box of my Consono sound system broke down after 2 years 2 calls at Teufel in Berlin and not even a week later I had a replacement-box in my house Friendly super fast contact unexpected

Defective product defective replacement defective everything
Bought headphones from Teufel they had a loose contact Contacted Teufel took a long time and after a more than annoying experience got a replacement Guess what - they were defective again This time around Teufel did not want to take them back and did not seem surprised at all that the replacement was also defective - if they don t expect their products to work why should consumers

What a terrible company
After waiting 20 minutes to get someone on the phone I talked to a very friendly person He agreed with me that it is strange that I did not get me money back after more than two weeks He promised me that he will take action immediately and confirm what we discussed by email today I was expecting an email although so far Teufel has broken all promises And indeed again no email Let me repeat my complaints so far 1 The system was delivered in time but did not work properly2 Technical Support ws not available international nor national to help me solve the technical problem3 We agreed upon returning the goods but at the agreed date after a whole day waiting nobody showed up to pick up the goods They came one day later 4 And last but not least I still have not gotten my money back We are now on day 24 Finally I did get the money back on the 26th day After getting the money I still did not get answers on my support request Until today I did receive the money yesterday They explained to me by eMail that something indeed went wrong within the company I was compensated with a discount on the headphones that I wanted to keep and did not return with the other systems I still think that buying their products online is a risk If the systems don t work properly their support staff will not be able to help you But I am glad that you can trust the company as far as paying you back

Teufel Cinebar Lux
Bought Cinebar Lux - the top of the line speaker from Teufel for EUR 800 Tried to connect with my Samsung TV but the bluetooth connection does not work the TV does not see it Spent countless hours reading manuals and online forums but no help Called Teufel customer support their response was - yes this is normal some TVs don t recognize it - Come one You know about this problem and don t do anything about it They suggested that I should buy an HDMI cable to connect it - sorry after paying double compared to what I would have paid for BOSE you tell me to go and buy a cable Really dissapointed

Disappointed in the service
I bought the Real Blue NC Headphones about 3 years ago for the first time After 1 5 year they broke right earshell broke off I called they replaced it immediately So far so good 1 years and 9 months further down the line with the new headset the exact same break I call they refused to help It was promised that an e-mail would be sent to me nothing I still paid a very high price for headphones that broke twice at the same spot then have no help from the service desk and it is not even considered to repair or replace them Disappointing and frustrating Update teufel audio Checken the mail box spam everything Cannon find any mail as response Please resend
