They do not refund as promised in the terms of service when cancelled within 7 days

A Major Scam DO not use

They do not reply to your emails and do not give you a refund if you cancel within seven days as per the terms and conditions The tool does not work properly and is filled with bugs e g sources would not upload and references are not listed Their company support email was also obscure and incredibly hard to find

SCUM - don t ever use this

This is like everyone else says a scam I hope some kind of regulated body will make sure this is shut down They also do not refund the address email I got from them does not work either Shocker

Textero deleted my account with an existing subscription then I was told to write an email to so-called support 3 weeks no reply And culmination they charged me 20 dollars for a subscription neither that I want nor can access they deleted that account The current account registered on the same email does not contain any payment data TO BE CLEAR - they store payment data and then use it to charge without the possibility of a refund What can you expect from russians scums Don t even register on that platform if you don t wanna face issues

I paid for a premium for 1 month I tried to write text with AI - 5 times but nothing happened only an error occurred Their AI doesn t work Support doesn t answer my email money doesn t return Do not use this They deleted my comment on their forum

Don t waste your time here

A lot of times there was NO content creation just a blank page I couldn t download the documents Textero never fixed it just told me to do a manual copy-and-paste procedure and never got back to me after that regardless my emails There are much better AI creation tools Don t waste your time here

A great tool for the money It copes with its tasks

paid version is better sadly

free version is not that great but the paid one writes the same way as me
