Over full trains - only 2 carriages in rush hour periods in Cardiff centre People squashed into very little space or left standing on platforms for another over full train to arrive Discriminatory against many passengers such as those with additional needs and people with pushchairs This happens nearly every week day

I m currently sat on yet another

I m currently sat on yet another delayed TFW train This time apparently there s a broken down train about 60 miles in front of us which means we can t stop at any of the stations between here Crewe and that train Leominster I m not sure why not seems like a pretty daft excuse to me especially as most of the passengers are getting off before then anyway I ve used TFW trains for three weeks now to get to Liverpool and Manchester Sadly not one of those trains has been on time Even Avanti managed it when I used one of theirs because the TFW train was cancelled

Transport for Wales is the worst train

Transport for Wales is the worst train company in the UK always cancelling trains last minute with no notice it s a joke Doesn t deserve a 1 star

Horse and cart better

Actually deserves -1000 For my sins I have to rely on a spotty service timetable and route changes without passenger consultation The front line staff are human but the management have not a clue Today I am travelling to Burnham by a round about route as the Severn Tunnel is closed for maintenance So I am paying more for a lousier service Cardiff Central was once again CHAOS Late or no announcements for platform changes Train to Cheltenham delayed so most probably will miss second connection which will disrupt entire holiday journey Poor and disrepectful

The majority of the time services from Aberystwyth are delayed or down-right cancelled leaving a two hour wait until the next service On one of the hottest days of the year apparently the refreshment cart at 8pm is too late for them to be working Yet the service is 3 hours no AC no opportunity for water I pay an EXTORTIONATE amount for the train tickets averaging 80-90 If I could give this company a middle finger instead of my money I would

TFW late again - as always Most un reliable train operator in the world And stupid constant loud public announcements Would someone from TfL come back to me and explain why these disturbing frequent loud announcements are necessary

Trains for Wales SHITE

My wife and I thought we d ditch the car so she could travel to work via train BIG mistake in the two months of train travel which would have totalled to 80 journeys the train has been cancelled sixteen times with most of the cancellations on a moments notice which means they don t put on any replacement travel as in buses The excuses have been dire Before making the decision to use the train I used to read other people s comments on how awful trains for Wales were and thought well it can t be that bad God was I wrong Oh well back to the car

Service is just getting worse and worse Perpetually delayed I m lucky if 1 out of my 10 trains I commute to and from work on are on time or even running Constantly delay trains right at the moment of departure once you ve already made the journey to the station Absolutely zero regard for the time of their customers Even if the train arrives on time it will be 2 carriages for a notoriously busy route - such as Cardiff to Manchester - so it s like cattle transportation for hours Horrendously run organisation Scrap TFW and restart
