A very professional company can t fault them Very helpful and thoughtful Our agent Harry can only be described as a huge asset to the company no pressure just made sure I felt comfortable and able using the chair Came back a second time to do a run in local park Can highly recommend this company

Couldn t ask for more or better
I finally reached the decision to get my first mobility scooter via the Motability scheme I wanted a scooter that didn t look like a traditional scooter and chose the TGA Vita S I have a scooter dealer very near where I live but as I was wanting a TGA scooter I chose to use their nearest dealer just 15 miles away Best decision ever Super friendly team of people very knowledgeable of the products and very mindful of what a big decision it is to finally take the step to getting a scooter Demo and a home visit to ensure I could drive the scooter in and out of my garden was easily completed with 48hours of first contacting TGA A few days later my Vita S arrived and I couldn t be happier So far great scooter great customer service Couldn t ask for more or better

Highly Recommend
I had the most amazing experience from TGA mobility and I couldn t recommend them enough Firstly Keith was incredibly informative over the phone and told me all my options which made me feel really at ease Then Graham brought the chairs for me to try directly to my home and explained everything inside and out I felt super comfortable knowing I had made the right choice having testing it around my house and on my street It only took a couple of weeks for my power chair to arrive and not only did Graham deliver it to me personally but he explained thoroughly how everything works as well as adjusting the chair to fit me perfectly I m super happy with my Wheelchair and I ve already recommended TGA to other people Thanks so much

MAXIMO PLUS - POLAR WHITE
Over the course of the last ten years I am 15 stone and 6ft tall and have purchased and personally fully used three TGA products -1st Minimo Plus - Passed onto Daughter-in-law2nd Maximo Plus - Passed onto daughter-in-law 3rd Yet another Maximo Plus - Polar WhiteThe first two scooters have both been very good machines But each due to the relevant sizes have different uses My latest Maximo Plus was purchased directly from TGA with a great deal of helpful conversations with Samantha Florentis She has been monitoring my purchase at regular intervals and I guess with more conversations to come I look forward to another 3 years of pleasant scootering It should be said that no person with difficulties really wishes for a mobility scooter BUT when that situation arises have no doubt that it gives you a vast amount of extra freedom TGA are there to help you choose - Seek their advice and you won t be disappointed An active private user Brian B

Awsome customer service
Alice and the driver went the extra mile answering all the questions I had Gave me earlier delivery date Also gave me longer warrenty Understood my concerns and help me make the best choice aswell as giving good advice for me in the long run They gave me paperwork which was clear Showed and demoed how to use the scooter They were brillant

Out of warranty
Our daughter s wheelchair broke just out of warranty I tried to buy a spare part to fix but not available TGA lent us a replacement chair for a few weeks and then replaced the chair even though out of warranty Great service and communication throughout Much appreciated

An A company
From my initial contact with TGA Mobility right through to the delivery the staff initially Alice have been extremely helpful patient and supportive I would like to make special mention of Charlotte Lambert who delivered my trial scooter s and helped me navigate the paperwork She was always sociable cheerful nothing was too much trouble but in particular she was extremely professional and knowledgeable With her support I was able to return my original scooter for a number of personal reasons and TGA were extremely accommodating and kind despite it being well past the 30 day trial period I find it extremely gratifying to have found a company with good strong old fashioned values in what now feels like a dog-eat-dog world I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of help or advice about any mobility issues I believe they are a company you can trust
