I paid 13 000 for an amazing bmw 520d

I paid 13 000 for an amazing bmw 520d gt I was so hyped about my new car From the very start disaster Pety penny pinching over delivery Finally at 10pm the car arrived Instantly I was gutted to discover fresh paint damage that still had polish residue where a poor attempt at repair had been made I initially refused the vehicle Until the next day when the owner of the dealership guaranteed my any issues would be rectified I now have a 13 000 bmw that is undriveable Steering issues spring issues restraint issues tyre sensor issues trim damage and or missing I have had the vehicle for 6 weeks 4 of which I have not been able to use it I am being avoided and ignored Even the finance company seem unable to get a response from this company Such a shame cowboys like this exists My advice steer clear of these people

Do not give a deposit Or any of their money They will make a million excuses not to give your deposit back until you threaten to take them to court Lots of fake positive reviews don t believe them they are not all verified My experience was awful so many issues with the car that I was not told about and awful customer service too The place is very dodgy

Appalling outfit avoid like the plague

Called this morning to view and test drive a car and even though I explained to the female on the phone she didn t advise bringing my license I arrived and had to go home to fetch it and returned later I gave them my old style license and they asked for my mobile number and as I d already been twice I asked if I could not bother going through this and didn t want calls after trying to sell me other cars after They then said they couldn t do it without a phone number I asked if someone goes with you on the test drive and they said yes but this wasn t good enough By this time I m really fed up and felt like a criminal I would nt buy a car from this outfit even if it was the last car dealers on the planet Very dissatisfied

Avoid Liars

They re liars Do not buy from here I enquired about a car that was slightly out of my price range 12 995 which they kindly said they would offer me and deliver the car for 12 900 They then said they would sell me the car for 12 700 but delivery was 245 which doesn t make sense as I would be paying 12945 More than previously discussed whilst trying to be clever The car had some small marks and scratches that I wanted closer photos of I asked multiple times for these and never received them They said they would try and get the marks out with a valet but I wanted to know they were able to remove these marks before buying After many times of asking for photos and discussing these marks I was told to pinpoint where the marks were on the car even though we d previously spoken and the company had described where they were I was told the car wouldn t be MOT d or serviced until after I purchased it so I would be none the wiser of any issues with the vehicle I did my own checks which showed the car had OUTSTANDING finance After asking about this they said it had been cleared but the system takes time to update and that they had letter confirmation I asked multiple times for this confirmation and still nothing I asked once more about confirmation to which I was told the finance was still outstanding and would be cleared once I purchased it So I was lied to Please avoid they were also extremely rude on the phone and just overall unprofessional Don t let them scam you

They come over as they are looking after you then you buy the car bye bye your on your own the car has big problems I was asked to take the car back I did I waited a week still wasn t sure if the work had been done just to make sure I went to two different mot centres both saying the same then censor engine lights were turned off the car hadn t been fixed like so many other people read the reviews i payed cash 7000 for a worth less car all they say is the work was done show me no proff of any even the mot top mechanics have shown me the massive injector problem topgear just said it s done no proff no advice they had my money nothing else they wanted becare very care full I had my hopes in the garage so much wanted them to be rite I would love to be able to recommend them but they have took that away them selfs

Dis honest garage

When I first arrived jaffer was my best friend very helpful picked a 19 plate Toyota prius went through the finance process all good was asked to pay a 200 holding deposit which they said was refundable paid the deposit and went home the next morning I decided not to go a head with the deal so msged jaffer and told him and asked if they could refund my deposit please deposits are non refundable silence after that Be very aware of this garage I will not recommend them to anyone
