I have just taken out a policy I had some concerns regarding reviews I had read both from customers and employees I was given detailed responses in an online chat I thought the customer service in this case was excellent

I called to renew my household insurance and as my circumstances had changed the old policy was no longer relevant - I could get no sense out of the comparison sites - Jamie really helped by finding me a policy that met my needs and was a very competitive price Really helpful easy to get through to and called me back when promised

Easy company to deal with Very prompt delivery of motor insurance documents last year Fortunately I didn t need their services so I cannot comment on that aspect of things Although I had a much better quote from another company I had a very pleasant chat this morning with Stacey regarding cancellation of my renewal

Kelly was extremely helpful when my renewal quote came back much more than I expected She contacted insurers personally and secured a much more competitive quote which I signed up for straight away Great service and would recommend
