I made a mistake ordering an item and didn t realize it till after 10 minutes of placing the order Read the directions and said I had 1 2 hour after submitting the order to change or cancel I sent a notice to the site per instructions and I received an answer from Cassi which I read the next morning I was able to reduce the total number ordered with no problems and my PayPal acct was credited immediately Great customer service

Ordered an electronic product from TDD After two uses it wouldn t turn on I sent a warranty claim in to the manufacturer for a replacement Company said nothing they could do for me since TDD was non-partnered seller even though their product failed within 30 days I emailed TDD customer service about the issue they responded within 48 hours with a full refund

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service fast response I had an issue and they easily took care of it and most importantly they got back to me in less than an hour Customer Service is rare these days and I greatly appreciate that they excelled at it

The 1-gallon jug

I recently purchased a 1 gal stainless steel water jug that was severely damaged during shipping I got ahold of customer service and plead my case within 24 hours I had a new item being shipped out What more could you ask for Customer service was outstanding

I love all the wonderful items I ve gotten from That Daily Deal everything has been high quality and at a tremendous savings Recently I had a Christmas decoration shipped to my home but unfortunately it was taken by a porch pirate Luckily they had a few more in stock and I quickly re-ordered it Then I reported what happened to TDD of course none of this was their responsibility but they were so sweet to give me a one time courtesy store credit for the amount that I spent on the replacement So I thank them for their generosity and kind nature I absolutely love thus small company with the big heart They give and collect donations for kids and charities and were a God-send during the pandemic supplying masks and hand sanitizer to us and sending doctor s offices and hospitals free supplies They give back year round to communities across the country which is why I ll remain a faithful customer of That Dail Deal comThanks fur all you do Carla Winrow

I have always had a good experience with That Daily Deal Today I reached out to customer service Cassi she took care of my problem with my order She made it all right I really appreciate dealing with an honest and helpful online company These guys are GREAT

An amazing company

I have been using That Daily Deal for years I started out just looking for reasonable gifts to give my children s teachers and to give away at their birthday parties I quickly discovered that they were a hidden gem They find really neat products at awesome prices and their people are truly amazing They work really hard for their customers and are always doing something interesting I hope lots of new people support them because they are terrific

I complained about my payment method not being remembered and got a very clear response about using Paypal I really don t think I ve had any real problems with That Daily Deal Sometimes shipping is slow but the items I get are very much the items adverstised
