Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible ordered 3 weeks ago never even sent a confirmation email until I chased a week master and now 2 more weeks the delivery is still in transit and done nothing but money taken as soon as payment made No response from anyone contacted 3 times now have even called today and no answer left a message One of the worse customer experiences I have ever had

Horrible I searched for a particular pair of shoes and found them in my daughters size at The Dressing Room Boutique I checked website for returns It says RETURNS exchanges within 14 days Shoes did not fit I initiated a return only to be told after emailing in frustration that they only offer store credit Very very DECEPTIVE They refuse to communicate further BEWARE Awful

Great stockist for Ortigia perfumes
I always buy my Ortigia perfume from this shop as it s usually very competitive It also always comes wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and a gift bag The customer support I spoke with recently was very understanding and kind she helped me in replacing a faulty product without any fuss
