Great products with great service makes a great company

Every order placed was dispatched quickly and delivered even quicker Ingredients kits have all had good dates Damaged items were dealt with swiftly replaced super quick and hassle free There are some suppliers very slightly cheaper but the great service has easily kept my business Only suggestion for website improvement would be a review facility for the products As a newbie I found this VERY useful but had to look at the reviews on other sites This in no way spoilt my experience though

Ordered plenty of times not all 100 perfect some cans dented but that s mail order it happens and happens with all companies Had one order with a wrong item but a phone call to the home brew shop had the correct item the next day that s customer service
