I ordered a personalized photo frame and a personalized wooden owl I received my photo frame but not my owl I emailed the company and got the generic 24-48 response wait time However Philip emailed me back that very night offering to resend my owl It arrived a few days later Both pieces are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more stuff in the future Great quality and wonderful service

Brilliant company highly recommend The customer service is outstanding I love they re a small family run business that actually care about their customers I bought a personalised planter for my father to say thank you for helping with the wedding which he loved hes had it over a year and last week I bought a great personalised dog bowl with stand which looks stylish in my kitchen and was much better design and quality than others for the same price range on etsy thank you

Absolutely amazing product You never know what the quality will be like when ordering online but I was super chuffed with my personalised cheese knife Really friendly and helpful comms from staff and even helped speed up my order when I needed it sooner than expected in order to pass on the gift Amazing company all round - I m about to order more from them

Amazing company My item went missing from Royal Mail and Phillip was amazing he tried contacting Royal Mail and with no luck from them he sent me another one out straight away Was really impressed and the new item came within 3 days Would really recommend this company the item is lovely and finished to perfection Going to be a really good Christmas present
