HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY
if I could leave zero stars I would Worst customer experience of my life Ordered a lamp and cancel the order within five minutes of having placed it When they finally got back to me they told me the item had already shipped and it was too late A week later I got the shipping notification I refuse the item and it was sent back I received notification that they had received it and then the drama began All of this over a 38 lamp that they got back Their customer service agents are completely lacking in skills They don t read the emails ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
