The time taken to send my second phase account details was almost forever but they are my best prop firm ever nice execution at exact positions not pips later

Overall the prop firm is great They have good trading conditions and helpful support This would have been the best prop firm if there were no delays and restrictions I completed my challenge on the High Stake account within 2days but was forced to trade the 3rd day just to fulfill the 3 profitable days rule After fulfilling the condition I was asked to wait for 24hrs for login to the phase 2 account It s been over 24hrs and nothing The 14days rule before withdrawal is another pain in the ass Weekly basis would have been ideal in my opinion at least a trader gets to accumulate profit for an entire week and withdraw by weekend This prop firm will be the best if you 1 Remove the 3 profitable days rule 2 Automate login and transition to the next phase Remove the two weeks before payout and do weekly payout

I like the spread the most it helps me in reducing the risk but it seems we still have some lagging I a few times faced the situations where I enter the trade in 1 price but it go too far away with another price and lead to insane loss

Bring Back the Old Funded Accounts

As a trader with the 5ers for some time now I was most disappointed that they stopped doing the old instant funding accounts around 3 months ago and have now brought in ones with a 3 daily pause and longer scaling up plan From what was the best prop company back at the start of the year for instant funding there are now many others offering much more lucrative instant funding accounts for the same or less money Please bring the old accounts back again please if you want to be in the top tier again

I recently had withdrawal issues they got sorted got the money I d like to appreciate the customer service of a chatbox agent named Michael and the rest of the support team I hope things will be smooth going forward I understand there has been quite number of changes hopefully we ll all adapt quickly to the changes I deleted the poor rating I posted

Seems fine but reply and administrative side can be slow need to be patient to wait for account to to be given for more than 24 hours after passed despite email said within 24 hours which make me slightly doubtful as my experience isnt the same as described in other comments Still monitoring though Thanks

Unavailability of customer s profit

Unavailability of customer s profit once they hit target is really bad Holding them profits for 14days poses the risk of loss to realized profits incase of drawdown whereas the 5 ers usually take their profit split earlier on Perhaps you should make withdrawals instant The timely funding is good

It s my personal experience company and supports very good The website is too weak server capacity is not good when I try to access my dashboard for more than 10-15 try then I log my account If the company fixes the loading problem I will give you a 5-star review
