Wayne from the AA came to my house today as my car was misfiring and losing power He was extremely friendly and courteous and explained everything to me my car had to go to the dealership Wayne very kindly followed behind I could only drive it at 20 mph and it was juddering all the way there Having Wayne following me made me feel less nervous thank you so much Wayne you re a star
