Cameron helped to sell my property in Durham and I can t recommend him highly enough From start to finish he managed the entire process with professionalism From taking high-quality photos that showcased the house to communicating with the solicitor he took care of every detail His approach made the entire sale completely hassle-free and he ensured everything moved along smoothly right through to the final deal

Tom Constable is so much more than your typical estate agent he really does offer a bespoke personal service His communication was excellent throughout queries were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble Demi from Prime Progression was fab providing weekly updates and made sure everything was on track Thank you for all your hard work

Clare Towl is a fabulous agent all of her advice and expertise are brilliant Not only is she great at what she does she also supports you through what can be at times a stressful process There has been many times through my house sale she has listened to me having a meltdown Before getting Clare on board I was with another agent I had been with them for over 12 weeks without one viewing Clare came and looked at my house and assessed the marketing the other agents had done she felt it wasn t good enough She went on to explain what she would do I was in agreement It was the best move I could ve made The marketing was on the money and from there the viewings started coming In my opinion she is the best agent to do the job Fabulous social media gorgeous images and videos and truly passionate and knowledgeable about the house selling world

The hardest part about writing a review for Tom is doing him justice Tom was very professional and filled me with confidence from the start When our first buyer pulled out towards the end of the transaction Tom phoned me and reassured me that he will put it back on the market and resell it Less than a week and he had another buyer Tom did viewings on the weekends and even an Easter Sunday viewing when most estate agents are closed Tom was always on hand to help throughout the process and nothing was too big an ask Would I recommend Tom to my friends or family I already have Thank you very much Tom for all of your help and hard work

Simon could not do enough for us from the very beginning all the way up to the end and after I made an initial enquiry to him and explained that I was no where near ready to begin selling yet moving across the country and needed to find another job first There was no pressure at all just friendly advice - he even sent over a rough valuation and guide When we were ready he came over valued the property and gave fair and honest advice and advised the options we had before us After we had a buyer he negotiated the sale for us continued to chase our solicitor and the buyers solicitor throughout which is really helpful as solicitors tend to try and throw jargon at you and distract you and kept us updated throughout he even told us we had completed before our solicitor It s rare to get an estate agent who s honest fair and Simon is both of those He ll take care of you and chase the sale as if it s his own
