Defective installation of initial microwave Despicable customer service saying quote We won t give you the warehouse address because you take up too much of our time Refusal to pick up and refund initial microwave I sent them an email which included pictures and suggestions to rectify all concerns issues and they have not responded in weeks If you have a complaints or problems it seems they will sweep it under the rug and hope you go away They genuinely do not care as long as they have the money in their pocket you are no longer important or a priority to them

Horrible Business
We purchased a stove through the online store of Appliance Advantage Kennebunk Maine through their online website We brought it home from their warehouse immediately determined that it was the wrong model and contacted the manager for a return Stove is still in the original box He refused the return even though it was not a special order and we agreed to buy another stove from them They were rude and said that we should shop at Amazon if we want to return something Now we re stuck with a stove we can t use They are horrible to deal with This should be illegal Nothing in their return policy

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I had appliance advantage over to look at my 2 year old dishwasher that wasn t draining I was quoted a 229 00 charge to diagnose my problem I asked for an estimate cost if it was a motor which they would not provide me So I agreed to have them check it out for the 229 00 and assumed that the 229 00 would go towards the repair price if I continued with the repair That s on me for I did agree and unfortunately assumed too much After about 20 minutes the technician told me the drain pump was gone and it would cost 650 00 to come back and replace it Yes 650 00 So regardless of whether I continued the repair or not I was paying 229 00 and then a totally additional price for the repair I have no problem and totally understand a company charging a guarantee price to diagnose the issue but I have never known that cost not to be part of the cost if you continue with the repair I obviously refused the quote and said I could get a new dishwasher for the same price The technician then had the audacity to inform me his company also sells new dishwashers

Matt and Rob arrived during the timeframe I was given Very friendly and efficient Took good care of my space while removing the old and installing a new dishwasher Tested and made sure everything was put back as it had been Explained to me how to use it Excellent delivery experience
