Amazing service

Bought a bomber jacket two for my daughter in 2020 and gave it to her a few months later for Christmas In December 2021 the coat just ripped away from the seem so I contacted arctic army to see what they do to help They advised me to send it to them to be repaired and they done an amazing job but unfortunately a few weeks later it ripped again and I contacted them again Unfortunately they couldn t fix it again but instead would give me a gift card for the value we paid for the coat They dealt with the whole situation amazing and nothing was ever a problem Very professional and amazing customer service We will definitely be shopping with arctic army in the future
