Booking Protect via Theatre Royal is a scam Not fit for purpose and disgraceful customer service

Careful booking ticket protection and

Bought two tickets some time ago and because of my wife s health we booked insurance If I had been told at the time I would never have book the insurance They even want a note off my wife s doctor never heard such ridiculous nonsense in my life I have now read on the booking protect review page if you have 2 tickets and only 1 person is ill the second person is not covered even though they have to transport first one to the hospital I think the theatre should have a bit of responsibility for this under no circumstances was this pointed out to me
