I ordered Kiwi Orchestra Lite IEM on 29th July 2024 it was the last unit they had and once I placed my order it immediately went out of stock anyways initial testing itself i found the left earbud to have a cracking noise super uncomfortable noise and it gets worse with higher volume So i requested and replacement thinking anyone would understand this issue and promptly issue a replacement if not a refund or store credit Once they recieved the product they admit that there is a crackling noise but it s all under the working according to the manufacturing standards attached screenshot Then they forward the IEM to tech team and then he tests it and calls me back to say yes you guessed it absolutely no issues with the IEMs They send me back the IEM tested with many different tracks and sources and also asked my friends to check if it s some noise only I can hear and surely the product is defective it s just that their replacement guarantee is a scam Had to pay 19990 to learn a lesson to never trust theaudiostore
