The worst customer service and delivery or lack of experience My company placed an order for a client gift over a week ago and I have followed up multiple times on shipping with someone responding each time and promising to ship asap Several follow ups later and still no shipping confirmation or refund Absolutely terrible

Scam Website

I ordered one bottle of Colonel E H Taylor and two bottles of Traveller Blend No 40 way back on 1 14 24 I have sent several emails and they have responded saying that the bottle of E H Taylor was damaged and they were sending out another one Unfortunately they have not sent anything that I ordered and now they will not answer any of my emails I don t have an updated tracking number and I have not received anything that I ordered The barrel tap website is a scam and took my money and will no longer communicate with me

In my experience this company doesn t deserve even one star I ordered something for my son in law s birthday and I waited months for it to be delivered I finally contacted by email they never answered their phone them and received a message back that my order was in transit supplying a tracking number When I looked for it it said it had been delivered Left at front desk I wrote them back explaining that there IS NO front desk in my development I asked politely how they intended to fix the problem I never heard from them again despite numerous emails I had to resort to a charge-back I will never use their service again and advise everyone to follow my example

I ve had an order that went unfulfilled was told that it was lost and they would send a replacement out It s just been crickets over a period of 30 days after 5 attempts and aggravations I need to make better use of my time I missed out on the order out a few hundred bucks I don t write many reviews but I feel like I ve been taken by total crooks

My bottle of expensive whiskey arrived smelling Ike whiskey the box was wet and when I opened the box the top was off the botttleand the whiskey was all gone out the bottle and all over the box it came in Almost three hundred dollars down the drain

If it was a mistake Barrel Tap then how come you kept my shipping payment and wouldn t have refunded it if I didn t say something I DID order items but they never showed up on my order Look at all the negative reviews you have and how many important gifts you screwed up for people We all know where the problem lies

This company is unreliable and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced They never shipped my dad s 80th birthday present after I paid 100 dollars for shipping I used a chat function and no one answered and 8 calls with my number on an answering machine went unreturned Don t waste your time or money

Absolutely shocking placed an order 2 weeks ago have not had any confirmation apart them taking my money No response to emails I have sent requesting an update Appears to be con Hopefully I m wrong However as it stands it doesn t look good
