The wrong sweater size was sent I sent them a email of the sweater and they told me they would send me another sweater I would have to pay for shipping This is horrible customer service I ve ever experienced and this is my second or third time sitting in the email concerning I m going to dispute that charge in my credit card as well

Definitely not what they advertise

I ordered 3 items from this online store looking at the pictures I thought it was good quality and design but when I received my order only 2 of the items were in the package and the quality is very poor I emailed the contact information and have had no response from them Don t waste your money on this stuff it s worthless garbage

The worst customer service and product ever I wish i would have read the reviews prior to purchasing 4 items The material and sizes were sooo off Attempts to make contact with someone was extremely difficult but finally someone responded to my emails Only to judge me and ask me a question back about why i am so unhappy It took 3 emails to finally receive a response of I am responsible to pay for the returns To China WHAT I threw 280 in the trash because i truly doubt i was going to get any kind of refund based off the customer service or lack of i did get TRASH COMPANY

SCAM SCAM SCAMI finally received 2 of the 3 items I purchased They are not complete items - the fabric is unknown - the so called sweater does not have a collar the sleeves are raw edges the sizes are too small nothing close to an XL No communication responses at all Also NOT BLACK OWNED Mr Jackson and Smith and anyone else that gave more than one star which is one too many are lying to you - maybe they were paid for their reviews - TOTAL JUNK DO NO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
