Please avoid this company The earrings are the worst quality they are impossible to get in bar is too short and impossible to close They look like plastic I ve tried to contact these guys 3 times for a refund and they just ignore me

Took my money but won t ship the product
I ordered a body chain 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive notice that it s even shipped To note their website states items will ship 2-8 days from purchase date I ve sent 3 emails with no response and 3 direct messages on Instagram They replied 2 times via Instagram - one time saying it will be shipping soon this was 2 weeks ago and another saying they d follow up via email which they haven t They did however charge me immediately I d avoid at all costs this has been really disappointing I m giving it a couple more days before I ll open a fraud case with my credit card company
