Avoid this shop

Avoid this shop I have ordered two T-Shirts which I need to return 1x print is messed up 1x size wrong The refund policy says contact the customer service to receive a return label I have done that multiple times but no one gets back to me since 4 weeks

Do not even bother

I ordered a t shirt at the start of February It has now been 3 months and I ve recieved nothing When I questioned this last month they responded saying don t worry your order is on its way I have since emailed them TWICE and no response Complete waste of time and lack of professionalism Wouldn t suggest this place to anyone which is a shame as the stuff they sell looks really good

Trash Quality

I received my offer after a week The tracking number never worked on the way to me The shirt had a nice fit and a good print on it - BUT after one time of washing it the logo wears off already After two times of washing the print is almost unwearable ugly I wrote 3 messages in 4 weeks and havent received an answer until today DONT BUY HEREUpdate 04 09 2024 Still no answer from the shop eventhough they commented my review

Terrible Service Still No Package

I am extremely disappointed with the service I ve received I placed two orders TBG34564 and TBG34574 the 11th of December and I still haven t received either package It s been weeks and despite numerous inquiries I m still in the dark about where my shirts are I ve sent emails to customer support but I ve either received no response It s beyond frustrating to deal with such poor communication and a complete lack of accountability I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience My contact information The email used when placing the order Can be seen by my order numbers
