Avoid this company

I placed an order and then realised i had ordered one of them in the wrong size May i add a substantial order of 7 items I contacted them straight away to amend order bearing in mind it had only just been placed They got back to me stating they could not change order and i would need to reorder correct size and return wrong one when received Original order not dispatched I had to pay another delivery charge for the one item Strangely enough the one item arrived first followed days by the original order I proceeded to return the wrong item only to be told it was outwith 14 days and they would not accept return With christmas period and bank holidays you would think they would allow slightly extra time to return considering i had contacted them straight away and paid an extra delivery Received orders just before Christmas and tried to return 2nd January but they go on actual order date and would not budge

Awful company and customer service Made a pre-order on 20 November and realised the order would not arrive in time Gave written notice on 22 November to cancel the order which was rejected Asked to return items when they were finally dispatched and arrive in December - which makes no sense at all as the items were not being dispatched from their end until more than 1 week later I went away with my family and upon return immediately asked this business to accept the return of the items as I had already expressed my intention to return the products in November 2 days after purchase made only just received the items and was returning at the very first opportunity They refused the return on the basis of having missed the 14 day return policy quoting they treat all their customers the same No consideration for the circumstances no consideration of it being the Xmas period when most companies and businesses allow extended returns Clearly what they mean by treating all their customers the same is that they treat all their customers terribly This company avoids giving refunds at all costs Very disappointed with this company and cannot ignore their conduct on the basis that they are family run I try to support small businesses and family run businesses but they are completely unreasonable and this conduct is unacceptable Would not recommend purchasing from this company

Great Christmas PJ s for the family

Bought some pjs for the family this Christmas- 1st time doing the whole matched pjs which seems to be so popular and I m pleased to say I was not disappointed From ordering to receiving the whole process was flawless and the actual products were extremely good quality - washed up well too so will definitely buy from this company again Would not hesitate to recommend them

Such a lovely company who have excellent customer service I was a bit unsure of sizing so messaged the company and has a very swift and helpful response Ordered a set for myself to match my niece and nephew as was spending Christmas with them Lovely design and very comfy Will order from again

I ordered my daughter and our new pup matching pajamas first off they arrive very quick but both me and my daughter were impressed with the packaging it was so pretty and beautifully wrapped making it feel like a special gift the pjs themselves are very good quality definitely recommend

I placed the order early ready for Christmas and it came really quickly I loved the thoughtful touch of the voucher code for next year as they noticed on smaller children s sizes Prizes are very good and the quality is perfect Thank you so much

Honestly they are PERFECT

This is the first year I have looked online for somewhere to buy matching pajamas and I came across The Christmas Pajamas I had never heard of them before but I decided to give them a chance The pajamas I wanted were pre-order so I anxiously awaited for them to be made and shipped I ordered 4 sets of matching pajamas They all arrived today I am extremely happy and impressed Firstly they are really nicely packaged and wrapped in Christmas themed packaging and paper I thought that was a lovely touch The material of the pajamas was not what I expected but my gosh I am so happy They are the softest material I ve ever felt It feels so lovely They are true to size I ordered a size 9-12 month and it has came as a onesie which again I didn t expect but I m not disappointed either I can t even express how happy I am with my order I highly recommend this company I can t wait to wear the pajamas with my family and take photos I will definitely be a returning customer Thank you so much
