Very good service
I purchased some flame effect lanterns for Christmas 2022 As expected they were made in China however they are of extremely good quality and even have real glass in the sides and not as one may expect clear plastic They give a really good old fashioned flickering effect ideal for the Christmas atmosphere but what makes this company stand out is the quality of service I had an slight issue with one of the lanterns David responded immediately to my email and posted a replacement straight away This was followed up by two further emails to check that I had received the replacement and that I was happy with it The communications were personable and I was made to feel like I mattered which is a customer experience some of us of a certain age will still remember

I love the Christmas Shop
I love the Christmas Shop I used to regularly visit the shop in Hay s Galleria and it was always a pleasure The great sadness came when these lovely people were forced to close due to ramped up rental rates But happily I can still get my Crimbo fix online And it is stil the same people running it Great products and fast delivery May it long continue
