Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service - do not buy I have had issues downloading the presets into Lightroom I ve emailed multiple times seeking support and no one will respond This means I can t even use the presets and have essentially wasted my money I know the email address is valid because they responded when I had a query prior to purchasing However since I ve purchased no one will assist Very disappointing and frustrating

I bought three different Kodachrome LR preset pack The Classic Preset Ted Forbes and Jamie Windsor Neither were great JW was somehow adequate The Classic Presets Kodachrome I unfortunately use less I use Canon R5 and Fujifilm cameras X-Pro3 X100V X-T1 Seems that nothing beats in-camera Kodachrome II recipe with Fujifilm in consistency and mood optionally with black mist CPL filters
