Great bus and wonderful organisation by Thecoachcompany

Everything was well organised by Adam from Thecoachcompany Communication was always excellent and the company responded promptly to our requests and was very willing to accommodate some small changes that we had to make to our schedule The driver Chris was kind enough to provide us with a map of the actual bus stop for pick up and to wait for a couple of students who were late thank you

Day out to Whitby

The coach arrived on time and our driver Jason was very courteous courteous The Minibus was clean and well presented We hire the minibus as we had family over from America and to save taking several vehicles to one location and it was very much cheaper than hiring our own and expecting a family member to drive It was a last minute booking but Adam from the Coach Company was able to arrange this We all had complete confidence in our drive Jason who got us there and back without any hiccups I had read the comments from other users from Trust Pilot and obviously the less positive ones make you a little concerned but can honestly say our experience with the Coach Company was excellent

Perfect for our sports team transport

We needed a coach for a sports competition in a different city The company provided lots of friendly communication throughout the whole process and were really helpful with any changes we needed to make The coach was spacious and comfortable and our driver was friendly on time and professional Overall no complaints and would recommend this company

I am the Transport Secretary for a university sports team The Coach Company have saved me multiple times already this year getting me last-minute coaches at great prices Their communication is brilliant and they keep you in contact with the same person so you have a familiar voice to speak to Would 100 recommend

From the very beginning when I had another company cancel on me Peter was Very accomodating I Getting me the coach I wanted Had 2 phonecalls then to verify details Monir our driver was awesome too Even was able to make a last minute slight change to our destination too Would Def use this company again x

The coach was perfect for our needs and as described Kept well informed ahead of the journey and Jeremy our driver was top class Flexible regarding times etc which we needed with 30 people Really good experience would definitely recommend
