5-Star Customer Service

Unfortunately my very fussy cat didn t like any of the wet food I have tried many products and she s adamant that she isn t going healthy However Rose LOVED the dried biscuits She doesn t generally eat many biscuits but she devoured these very quickly My five-star review is mainly aimed at the customer service that I received from Catherine It was very easy to cancel the subscription this isn t always the case and there was no quibbling about me returning the unopened food If only all companies were this easy to communicate with Completely trustworthy

Great food quality

The food quality is great my kittens love most of the varieties and I keep trying new flavours to find the right one for them The subscription service is very helpful and the cat food is delivered promptly The Cool Cat Club customer service is amazing these guys care about their customers If you want to have a happy cats I recommend to feed them with the yummy cat food from The Cool Cat Club

My kitten loves this brand the most Great quality ingredients I don t think I can go back to supermarket cat food Also great for sensitive stomachs so I would recommend if your kitty has a sensitive stomach or is a fussy eater

Our cat absolutely loves this food He s so much more satisfied after each meal after making the swap The monthly subscription is so easy to order and make changes to depending on what he prefers each month So glad we ordered the trial box we definitely won t be going back

The cats finally love SOMETHING

Great selection of flavours high quality and nutritious food My cats absolutely love them and it has been a long journey finding cat food that they will actually eat more than once They have eaten 150 packets now it s so safe to say Pixie Halo love the product Good comms on delivery etc so I highly recommend as do my choosy little cats

I love this cat food brand Their price is very reasonable for what they offer and my cats really love the food My cats previously had issues with other food brands giving them a bad stomach but this really improved on when they moved onto this food It took a few weeks to settle in The websites really easy to use and amend orders you can easily delay or speed up the next delivery adjust the food options They offer a good variety particularly once they re no longer kittens The delivery is fast 3 days I would highly recommend giving them a go if you re looking for a healthy alternative that isn t super expensive

Great species appropriate food

My cat loves the chunks in gravy especially the chicken Great customer service and delivery has always been around 2 days The food itself is high quality and species appropriate for my wee cat Highly recommend

So far so good

My cat had a constant upset stomach and is quite fussy with textures so after trying other foods I ordered a box for him to try We are now on our first full month Can barely smell when he uses the litter tray and his stomach seems a lot better so far His favourite seems to be the cod and salmon pate and the tuna flakes I have recently read chicken can cause upset stomach in cats so I have been ordering him the fish but to be honest he preferred the fish to chicken from the sample box anyway Customer service is good too as I ve emailed asking a few questions too
