Don t order from them

Ordered the 31st After 2 weeks I asked them questions Shipment seems to be stuck in Germany I m waiting now 4 weeks for the books and the only thing the customer services says is that they ll investigate it I think it s a fake website

Spelling mistakes and terrible customer service

After two years of chemo and radiotherapy I thought this would be a lovely way to start making happy memories didn t even receive all my order Customer service is awful I order the couples and family book only received the family book contacted on insta to say I hadn t received one of the books and got told maybe you ll receive it later they couldn t be bothered to confirm if it had been sent in one order or two separate orders took ages to reply and then I ve looked through the family book and it has spelling mistakes in it How hard would it be to spell check or have someone proof read Wish I d brought from a different company that actually cared about customer service

BEWARE Terrible customer service

I ordered the couples book as a present The book has not been delivered and tracking shows a photo of my parcel outside a door I do not recognise I explained this to the company and sent them photos of my front door for them to see They are not being helpful and their attitude just seems to be it s not their problem I ve just wasted 30 They could refund me and then claim off the post office using my photos ad proof BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THINGS GO WRONG

Poor packaging poor book quality and poor customer service

I recently ordered from TCCB and had a very disappointing experience My package was sent to the wrong address forcing me to pay for additional transport and spend time traveling to retrieve it When I finally got the package one of the books was unwrapped and badly dented along the side of the cover page On top of this I received no updates on my order for over a month despite being promised a timely delivery These books were meant to be gifts and considering the premium price I paid the poor quality of packaging and the condition in which they arrived were unacceptable Overall I would not recommend TCCB s products or services to anyone They need to seriously improve their packaging and customer service

Absolutely appalling book

Absolutely appalling book At 44 years old they want me to ask a stranger how they met so I can reinact it with my husband Or better still walk the streets door to door selling my bric a brac honestly kids could have come up with more exciting ideas And when you want to send it back they won t pay the postage which is a tenner that s if they actually don t lose your returned book and refuse to refund you at all Steer well clear Better off asking a kid to give you some ideas

The website said 2-5 days delivery time tho it seemed weird I still tried to have faith and ordered as a present After weeks of no update on the post reference number and contacting their team on instagram and email I barely got any reply After 15 days when I asked for refund because I didn t receive the book the asked me to wait till I receive the book and then return it to them paying for the post to get any money back Absolutely unbelievable When I refused to wait any longer because I don t know if I will ever even receive it they blocked me from their account and never responded to any emails or messages How can a company that ridiculous still exists

Absolute scammers Say they will help you and contact you within 24hrs if you email them It s been over a month and after two emails and an instagram message zero response or acknowledgment The website it just lies DO NOT waste your time or money buying from this place Also the book is absolutely terrible

Ordered 2 books paid and was sent a tracking reference No tracking activity for 10 days so tried to chase up delivery via email with customer services 1 week and 22 unanswered emails later I started leaving comments on facebook ads explaining my experience before I finally got an email response saying my books were not shipped and was offered a 20 partial refund as a good will gesture 2 weeks on I have still not received that PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING
