Clearly one person running what they think is a companyOrder never turned up when it claimed next day and and you are going to love this I was told that if the order didnt turn up WITHIN A MONTH i might get a refund Now unless anyone else out there buys their personalised birthday cards 3 months in advance this is an utterly pointless resolutionDont bother if you want to use a company you can trust go to Moonpig I will use my 4 year old daughter next time she has the ability to answer a phone more professionally
